HCF has spent several years assisting customers who have struggled with product transfer issues, and as a result have been in an ongoing research and development process to create a product that would not only solve these issues, but one that would encompass what HCF is all about:
Introducing the new Microveyor! This unique conveyor is designed to automatically eliminate dead zone and transfer issues when moving small, lightweight products from one large radius conveyor to another large radius conveyor.
Using only high quality materials that meet FDA and food grade standards, the stainless steel Microveyor is designed with a .14 radius transfer to allow small products to move smoothly from one point to another, without compromising the product orientation.
The Microveyor is also customizable, with the belt capabilities being the only limitation. Various lengths and widths are available making the Microveyor a flexible and affordable option to keep your lines running smoothly!
